A Toyota distributorship wanted to improve and establish relationships with area banks. The theme was "The JM Family Financial Conference." A direct-mail piece was developed, inviting vice presidents and top banking officials to attend a conference at a Florida resort. All attendees received golf towels, themed beach towels, sports bags and hats, all imprinted with the auto distributor logo. Evaluation forms passed out at the conclusion of the conference revealed high overall ratings, and customer and bank relations were greatly improved.
