Shipping
Prices
DO NOT include shipping & handling charges. All
products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Shipping &
handling will be prepaid and added to your method of
payment.
Ground Transit
Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped
by ground transit via UPS or FedEx service. This
service typically takes 5-7 days, and delivery cannot
be guaranteed. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will
be shipped by United States Postal Services (Parcel
Post). Parcel Post is not guaranteed and is also not
traceable. Please be sure to provide a street address
because we cannot ship to a P.O. Boxes (unless we ship
parcel post).
Guaranteed Methods
3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping services are
also available at additional charges. If you have a
specific carrier that you would prefer, please
indicate when ordering.
3rd Party Billing
3rd party billing is available when ordering. Simply
specify the carrier and provide us with your shipping
account number.
Hawaii and Alaska
Orders to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped by
United States Postal Services (Parcel Post). Parcel
Post is not guaranteed and is also not traceable.
Note, if you want your order to be shipped via a
guaranteed method, please specify clearly when
ordering.
APO and FPO Address
Please enter the APO or FPO in the City field and
one of the following two letter codes in the State
field: AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East,
Africa, and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and
AP for Armed Forces Pacific. These orders will be
shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS) and
delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping
We regret to inform you that we are currently no
longer accepting orders from outside the United
States, unless you can provide your UPS or FedEx
Shipper number in order to cover all tax, duties and
shipping costs to your destination, or if you can
supply us with a billing and shipping address within
the continental United States that will accept the
responsibility and all the cost liabilities to ship
the goods to you. We can not be held liable for any
returns or damaged goods once the product is shipped
and received in good condition by your USA contact.
All orders must be pre-paid with a credit card or wire
transferred into our account.
Due to factors beyond our control such as customs
clearance and national and international regulations
regarding importing, delivery times for international
shipments cannot be guaranteed. We will do everything
in our power to get your order shipped on time but we
will not accept responsibility for delays on overseas
shipments provided your order leaves the factory on
time. You own the merchandise when it leave our
factory.
