Preferred Art Formats

We prefer that you send artwork in any of the following formats:

Adobe Illustrator 
Up to version 9 
Must be a true Illustrator file (created in Illustrator, not imported) 
Convert all text to curves

CorelDraw 
Up to version 9 
Must be a true CorelDraw file (created in CorelDraw, not imported) 
Convert all text to curves

Adobe Photoshop 
Up to version 5

We will accept artwork in almost any other format, however it will have to be recreated by our art staff in a format that is acceptable for printing. There is no charge for recreating simple logos or artwork, up to one hour. For recreating more complex artwork there will be a $35.00 charge.

Your digital artwork will be kept on file for up to 5 years. Order details will also be kept on file for up to 5 years. However, screens are only kept on file for 2 years. As long as you re-order the item with the same imprint within this period we can re-use your screen, and you can avoid paying another screen setup charge. New imprints or new items will require a new screen and will incur the appropriate screen setup charge.
